The Real Estate Transaction or Account Change form will assist the District and new old home owners in settling account balances and account information changed. This will protect the buyer of a new property so they won’t have to pay past sewer bills that are due. If the past due sewer bills are not paid, they will be certified and place as a lien on the property and will be paid with the next years property taxes. This will also help the District get any refunds that may be coming to the prior property owner.
